About Me

I’m Courtney, a board-certified health coach, nutrition professional, and someone who gets it.

I know what it’s like to struggle with body image and weight. To want to eat healthier, feel better, and gain control over your habits—but have no idea where to begin.
We live in a time where every answer seems to be just a click away, yet somehow, it only feels more overwhelming. That’s where I come in.

My Philosophy

I believe you are entitled to your best life
You are the expert on you. My job is to help you listen to yourself more clearly, sort through the noise, and build a personalized path toward lasting wellness.

I’m not here to tell you what to do. I’m here to walk beside you, support your growth, and help you feel confident in the decisions you make—around food, movement, rest, mindset, and everything in between. Don’t worry, if you get stuck, I’ll help you come up with ideas about what to try next.

Together, we’ll figure out what you need and create a plan to help you go get it.


A Little About Me

I’m a working mom who’s right there in the mix of juggling schedules, getting dinner on the table, and trying to live my best lift. My partner and I have a full house with a 12 year-old, 1 year-old, a cat, and a dog. I get how hard it can be to make your own wellness a priority.

I’m passionate about science-based information and believe that professionals should stay educated, informed, and curious.

  • Former Level 1 CrossFit Coach (2010–2021)
